El régimen de libertad cambiaria de que trata el artículo anterior, no dará derecho a las empresas que opten por acogerse al mismo para adquirir divisas con cargo a las reservas nacionales a fin de cubrir el valor de sus costos de operación, ni implicará para éstas obligación de reintegrar el valor de sus exportaciones, ni el derecho a recibir certificado de abono tributario -CAT-.
