En los términos de la presente Ley quedan modificados los artículos 6º y 7º de la Ley 42 de 1923 , 19 de la Ley 109 de 1923 , 6º y 8º de la Ley 82 de 1935 , 30 del Decreto-ley 911 de 1932, y derogado el artículo 8º de la Ley 42 de 1923 . De igual manera quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones que sean contrarias a la presente Ley.
