,5.3. Capacidad Económica . El requisito de capacidad económica establecido en esta sección, será exigible a partir del 1° de enero del año 2017, a los comercializadores de minerales inscritos a la fecha en el RUCOM; a los comercializadores de minerales que hayan iniciado el trámite de inscripción, y a los comercializadores de minerales que la soliciten a partir del 17 de febrero de 2015.
