º . Los gravámenes fijados en el artículo anterior regirán durante cuatro meses contados a partir de la publicación del presente decreto. Una vez cumplido dicho plazo, a las subpartidas mencionadas en el artículo 1º les corresponderán los gravámenes establecidos en los Decretos 255 de 1992 y 151 de 1993.
