INCUMPLIMIENTO DE OBLIGACIONES. El incumplimiento por parte de los exhibidores de las obligaciones y prohibiciones establecidas en las normas legales y reglamentarias pertinentes, especialmente la no presentación oportuna de las declaraciones mensuales por recaudo del impuesto, la no entrega de éste al Tesoro Nacional dentro de los términos legales, la omisión del registro de ingreso de espectadores en las respectivas planillas, y la no entrega oportuna de estas a Focine, constituyen violaciones de sus deberes como exhibidores y como responsables de la explotación de la respectiva sala.
