Es responsabilidad de las Oficinas de Planeación de los organismos y entidades sectoriales del orden nacional, o de la dependencia que haga sus veces, revisar las fichas EBI correspondiente a proyectos remitidos por parte de los municipios, los departamentos y los CORPES, con el fin de efectuar el mismo control que se establece en el artículo 13 de este Decreto.
