Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de esta ley se atenderán con una partida de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00) que será incluida en la Ley de Apropiaciones; y así no ocurriere, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos correspondientes.

Parágrafo

El remanente que sobrare de esta suma se invertirá en mejoras y embellecimiento del "Parque Simón Bosa Navarro."
