Art. 1. A contar del día 1º de agosto próximo en adelante, el porte de los programas que cursen por las líneas de la República será el siguiente: Telegramas de una a diez palabras a un peso cada una; de once à más palabras, las primeras diez à a un peso, y las demás a dos pesos cada una.
