Quórum decisorio. Las decisiones del Consejo Superior de Educación Policial se aprobarán por mayoría simple de los votos favorables de los asistentes con este derecho. En caso de presentarse empate en el resultado de la votación decidirá el voto de quien preside el Consejo.
