Delegación De Funciones De Control Fiscal V – Régimen Administrativo Del Departamento

ARTÍCULO

13. Delegación de funciones de control fiscal . Para el ejercicio de la función de control fiscal que deba cumplirse en lugares apartados de la cabecera municipal, el Auditor Regional o el Contralor Departamental, en su caso, podrá delegar su cumplimiento, mediante resolución motivada, en otros funcionarios fiscales cuando la naturaleza de los asuntos no exija su presencia. Para el caso de las divisiones departamentales, se delegará en los presidentes de las respectivas Juntas Administradoras. V – RÉGIMEN ADMINISTRATIVO DEL DEPARTAMENTO.
