Art. 150. Cuando se presente denuncias sucesivas, háganse o no parte en el pleito, los denunciados tendrán éstos derecho para denunciarlo a quien crean que debe salir a la defensa de la cosa demandada, dentro de los cinco día siguientes a la notificación del auto que admite la anterior denuncia.
