° Los funcionarios que se nombren por los gobiernos departamentales, intendenciales, comisariales y municipales, con destino a prestar funciones como peritos, técnicos y auxiliares en Medicina Legal y disciplinas forenses, lo serán, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, de ternas enviadas por la Dirección General de Medicina Legal del Ministerio de Justicia.
