En todo juicio de sucesión en que deba cobrarse el impuesto de que trata esta ley, tendrá aplicación lo dispuesto en los artículos 21 a 29 de la Ley 30 de 1888 (25 de Febrero); pero de la liquidación que se haga no se dará traslado al Agente del Ministerio Público.
