°. Libranzas . Podrá convenirse el sistema de libranzas para el ahorro o el pago de créditos, cuando los afiliados o deudores así lo acepten voluntaria y expresamente, para cuyo efecto, el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro deberá adelantar las gestiones necesarias.
