Separación absoluta. Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional sea condenado a la pena principal de presidio o prisión por la Justicia Penal Militar o la Ordinaria, salvo el caso de condena por delitos culposos, será separado en forma absoluta de la Policía Nacional, y no podrá volver a pertenecer a la misma. También será separado en forma absoluta cuando así lo determine un tribunal disciplinario o de honor.
