El Prefecto del Cuerpo Auxiliar del Órgano Judicial, los Inspectores del Comercio de Oro, los Jefes de las Oficinas de Control de Cambios y Exportaciones y los Administradores de las Casas de Moneda tendrán el carácter de funcionarios de instrucción, con jurisdicción en todo el territorio nacional, y podrán, como tales, instruir sumarios por infracción de las disposiciones sobre control de oro, cambios y exportaciones cometidas en cualquier lugar de la República.
