Posesión . La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia dará posesión a los directores, representantes legales y revisor fiscal de los organismos de autorregulación constituidos exclusivamente para tal fin, de conformidad con el artículo 73 numeral 3 y el artículo 74 numeral 4 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero. Tratándose de áreas internas de una entidad autorizada para actuar como organismo de autorregulación, los miembros del órgano colegiado que hará las veces de consejo directivo y el administrador deberán posesionarse ante la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia en los términos del inciso anterior.
