El presente Decreto entra en vigencia transcurridos quince (15) días calendario contados a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 1° del Decreto número 1881 del 30 de diciembre de 2021 o las normas que lo modifiquen, aclaren o sustituyan.
