Autorízase a las Juntas Directivas de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, del Instituto de Crédito Territorial y del Instituto de Parcelaciones, Colonización y Defensa Forestal, para adoptar las medidas conducentes a otorgar crédito a favor de los colonos que se establezcan de acuerdo con esta Ley, a facilitar la adquisición de vivienda y terrenos y la explotación económica de éstos.
