Asignación de bienes. Bajo los sistemas de administración de la Ley 1708 de 2014, las normas que la modifiquen o adicionen, y sus decretos reglamentarios, el consejero Presidencial o alto funcionario de Gobierno del respectivo Comité Territorial podrá solicitar a la Sociedad de Activos Específicos, SAE, la asignación de bienes a las entidades pertinentes para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del PEII.
