Artículo único. El Congreso lamenta la muerte del distinguido ciudadano y hombre público doctor Aurelio Mutis, y consagra su memoria en las leyes de la República como testimonio de reconocimientos de sus servicios y virtudes.

Sancionada esta Ley se pasará copia de ella, con firmas autógrafas, a la familia del finado.
