Aprehensión y entrega. Quien aprehenda mercancía de contrabando, deberá entregarla inmediatamente en depósito, al Fondo Rotatorio de la Dirección General de Aduanas, junto con los automotores en que se haya transportado y comunicar tal hecho al juez dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes, so pena de perder su participación y de incurrir en las demás sanciones a que hubiere lugar.
