° Para llenar las ausencias temporales a que, por razón de su ministerio diocesano, se vea obligado el vocero titular del Episcopado, Monseñor Luis Pérez Hernández así como para llenar las de su suplente, Monseñor Félix Henao Botero, residente en Medellin, designados ambos por Decreto número 2272 de 1947 (julio 10), nómbrase para el mismo periodo a Monseñor José Vicente Castro Silva, miembro supernumerario del Consejo Superior Permanente de Educación Nacional.
