INCIDENTES PROCESALES. Se tramitan como incidentes procesales

1.

La solicitud de desembargo o levantamiento del secuestro, así como la oposición a tal medida cautelar.

2.

La solicitud de restitución de bienes muebles e inmuebles, o cauciones, cuando es formulada por persona distinta de las partes.

3.

Las cuestiones análogas a las anteriores.
