Créase un régimen disciplinario especial para los Cuerpos de Bomberos de Colombia y revístese de facultades extraordinarias al Presidente de la República por el término de seis (6) meses, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el numeral 10 del artículo 150 de la Constitución Política, para reglamentar dicho régimen, con la asesoría de la Junta Nacional de Bomberos de Colombia.
