Prelación prestaciones sociales. Las dependencias de la Policía Nacional, que ejerzan las funciones de control y ejecución del presupuesto, darán en todo caso prelación en la efectividad de Pago de prestaciones reconocidas a aquellos que tengan carácter de unitarias como consecuencia de la muerte del causante.
