Los testigos serán llamados por medio de boletas o verbalmente en caso de urgencia, pudiendo recibirse el testimonio en la casa. Si no comparecen o no esperan la citación domiciliaria, el funcionario impondrá multas hasta de cincuenta pesos, convertibles en arresto, quedando la persona con la obligación de declarar.
