° El artículo 24 del Decreto número 289 de 1950, quedará así: "Artículo 24. Corresponde a la Junta Directiva la suprema dirección del Instituto. La Junta podrá delegar en el Director General o en comisiones de su seno determinadas atribuciones; a su vez el Director General podrá subdelegar en los Directores Seccionales, las mismas atribuciones que se le confieren".
