° En terrenos baldíos adjudicados mayores de 50 hectáreas el propietario deberá mantener una proporción de 20% de la extensión del terreno en cobertura forestal para establecer el cumplimiento de esta obligación se tendrá en cuenta las mismas áreas previstas en el artículo anterior. El Indirena podrá variar este porcentaje cuando lo considere conveniente.
