Conocimiento del dictamen. Duran te la investigación, el procesado y su defensor podrán conocer los dictámenes que reciba el funcionario. El perito oficial que rinda dictamen a solicitud del defensor, enviará copia de este al funcionario correspondiente. Durante el juzgamiento, el dictamen recibido por el Juez se pondrá en conocimiento de las partes por el término de dos días, dentro del cual se podrá solicitar ampliación sobre puntos específicos. La ampliación se rendirá en el término que señale el Juez.
