TRASLADO DE LA PERSONA PRIVADA DE LA LIBERTAD. En cualquier estado del proceso el comandante general de las Fuerzas Militares podrá ordenar el traslado de la persona privada de la libertad a lugar diferente de aquél en que esté detenida, cuando corra peligro la integridad del procesado o cuando su estado de salud física o mental así lo requiera, previo dictamen de perito de medicina legal o, en su defecto, de médico oficial.
