Con motivo de la aprobación del Protocolo con el Perú los que hayan sido condenados por sentencia definitiva hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1935 y se hallen en las Cárceles del país, gozaran del beneficio de una rebaja de pena, bajo la forma de liberación condicional, de acuerdo con las disposiciones de los artículos siguientes.
