Artículo séptimo . Los laboratorios nacionales o extranjeros, casas importadoras, farmacias o expendios de drogas que eleven los precios fijados en los catálogos sin la autorización del Ministerio de Salud Pública o los que hayan sido reajustados sin autorización a partir del 30 de noviembre de 1957, incurrirán en multas de quinientos pesos ($500.00) a veinte mil pesos ($20.000.00), sin perjuicio del decomiso del producto materia de la infracción. En caso de reincidencia se clausurará el establecimiento.

Parágrafo

En las mismas sanciones previstas en este Decreto incurrirán los droguistas o los farmacéuticos que sustituyan las drogas prescitas mediante fórmula médica por otras.
