Cuando sea procedente, el fiscal Penal Militar y los Jueces deberán adoptar las medidas necesarias para hacer cesar los efectos producidos por el delito y que las cosas vuelvan a su estado anterior, si ello fuere posible, de modo que se restablezcan los derechos quebrantados, independientemente de la responsabilidad penal.
