La Prima de Navidad de los empleados de los empleados del congreso nacional será de un mes de sueldo, y el pago respectivo, que se hará en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre, se imputara a la apropiación correspondiente que ara gastos del congreso figure en el Presupuesto Nacional.
