Cambio de marca . Cuando una empresa autorizada decida cambiar de marca o introducir otra adicional a la que está autorizada y reconocida, deberá informarlo al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo por lo menos con seis (6) meses de anticipación, anexando la información exigida en los numerales 1.2, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10 y 1.11 del artículo 2.2.1.10.1.1. de este decreto.
