La empresa "Metales Preciosos del Chocó S.A." atenderá en efectivo las mesadas pensionales que se causen a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley y que correspondan a pensiones de jubilación reconocidas a favor de los trabajadores de "Mineros del Chocó S.A.". El tiempo trabajado con "Mineros del Chocó S.A." se tendrá en cuenta para causar pensiones de jubilación a cargo de "Metales Preciosos del Chocó S.A.".
