Registro y publicación del nombramiento . Posesionado el liquidador, se ordenará publicar aviso de su nombramiento y posesión, en el periódico que el juez designe, de amplia circulación en el domicilio principal de la sociedad, e inscribir el nombramiento en el registro público correspondiente, para lo cual se librará oficio. Cumplidos los requisitos anteriores, se agregará al expediente un ejemplar del periódico y copia del oficio.
