De la licencia urbanística. El interesado presentará copia de la licencia urbanística respectiva, expedida por el curador urbano o la autoridad competente con jurisdicción en el municipio o distrito, en el lugar donde se adelantarán las actividades de promoción, anuncio y enajenación de inmuebles destinados a vivienda, la cual incluirá copia impresa de los planos aprobados, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Capítulo 1 del Título 6 del presente decreto.
