Los Magistrados, Jueces y empleados subalternos que se crean por esta Ley devengarán sueldo igual al que tienen actualmente los funcionarios de la misma categoría en el respectivo lugar o territorio, y al efecto se apropiarán las partidas en los Presupuestos. Caso de que no pueda aplicarse esta regla, el Gobierno fijará provisionalmente los sueldos, mientras la Ley los establece de manera definitiva.
