º Por las respectivas Secciones del Ministerio de Gobierno se dictarán las providencias que se estimen necesarias para el establecimiento de las correspondientes Cárceles de Circuito, arrendamiento de locales para los nuevos Juzgados, traslado de archivos y demás gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la mencionada Ley.
