Los beneficios establecidos en la presente ley no exceptúan el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas identificadas con el signo distintivo, en materia de presentación de declaraciones tributarias, del cumplimiento de sus obligaciones laborales y de sus obligaciones mercantiles consignadas en el Código de Comercio y las normas vigentes.
