Los directores de los hospitales públicos, centros de salud públicos y/o puestos de salud públicos del departamento de La Guajira anualmente deberán rendir un informe a la asamblea departamental o al concejo municipal, según sea el caso, donde se detalle la ejecución del recurso recibido por concepto de la estampilla aquí autorizada.
