Ámbito de aplicación del presente Libro. Los fondos de capital privado a que se refiere el presente Libro solo podrán ser administrados por sociedades comisionistas de bolsa de valores, sociedades fiduciarias y sociedades administradoras de inversión. Las sociedades mencionadas, en relación con la administración de fondos de capital privado, únicamente estarán sujetas a lo previsto en el presente Libro, y no le serán aplicables las normas del Libro 1 de la Parte 3 del presente decreto.
