Art. 15. El empleado que reciba un exhorto y no lo diligencie inmediatamente incurrirá en una multa de diez pesos ($ 10) á cincuenta pesos ($ 50), tan pronto como se dé cuenta comprobada de la falta al respectivo superior jerárquico.
