Art. 254. Es condición indispensable, para ser admitido como alumno, cursante ó asistente, la de que en ningún caso querrá el alumno esquivar el castigo á que se le haya condenado, retirándose del Instituto antes de cumplirlo. El Director de la Escuela tendrá derecho, en tales casos, á servirse de la policía para aplicar el castigo decretado.
