Articulo 120 . Iniciación del procedimiento sancionatorio . Aplicada una medida de seguridad, se procederá inmediatamente a iniciar el procedimiento sancionatorio, si el funcionario es competente para ello, o rendirá el informe escrito correspondiente a la autoridad sanitaria competente, de acuerdo con lo previsto en este Decreto.
