º El Ministerio de Educación Nacional ejercerá la suprema inspección de las Escuelas que funcionan en el país por medio de un delegado especial, encargado de vigilar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones del presente Decreto. Dicho delegado, deberá conocer todos los problemas relacionados con la enseñanza industrial en el país.
