En caso de que se constituya un tribunal de arbitramento por mutuo acuerdo entre las partes sobre un asunto que esté conociendo la jurisdicción laboral, se procederá por la autoridad judicial a remitir al tribunal de arbitramento copia íntegra de las actuaciones allí surtidas, y se dará por terminado el proceso judicial.
