Cuando se requiera el testimonio de un agente diplomático de nación extranjera o de una persona de su comitiva o familia o de un dependiente, se enviará carta rogatoria a aquel por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores con copia de lo conducente, para que si lo tiene a bien declare o permita declarar al testigo.
